What do I do if I cannot find my course in Brightspace? The course might not be visible, or you might not be enrolled in it. Take note that course names, quarters and instructors are automatically provided to Brightspace by Osiris. If the information is wrong in Brightspace, then the information in Osiris must be updated first.
My course is not in Brightspace.
Contact SPA for your faculty so that they can create the course in Osiris. Once the course is in Osiris, it will automatically be added to Brightspace.
The wrong Instructors and Course Manager is in the course, or someone is missing.
Contact the Course Manager to enroll in the course.
If you should be indicated as the Course Manager, or you should not be in the course at all, contact SPA to correct this in Osiris.
Course name is incorrect.
Contact SPA for your faculty to correct it in Osiris.
Course quarter is incorrect.
Contact SPA for your faculty to correct it in Osiris. Once the quarter is changed, the system automatically creates a new course. If you have been using the incorrect course, Brightspace Support can assist you in moving the content to the correct one.
I need a course/organization to be manually created (not linked to Osiris).
